- Identify the Big 9 food allergies
- Talk about allergies with customers
- Know how to prevent cross-contact of foods, and
- Understand what to do if a customer has an allergic reaction
Once registration is complete for this bundle, you will receive your username and password to begin your allergen program. We recomemend you complete the online allergen program pror to your CFMP program as it will assist you with the CFPM course material.
