In this portal we have provided resources to assist you with the practice of handling food safely.  The videos provided will reinforce key points in personal health and hygiene, food storage and preparation as well as cleaning and sanitizing.

If you are  interested in obtaining your Food Protection Manager Certification, we have supplied a copy of the PowerPoint Presentation we utilize in class.  Additionally you will see other study resources that will assist you in successfully completing the nationally recognized ServSafe exam.

For a better understanding of the Illinois rules and regulations involved with food safety, allergen and BASSET certification, we have provided links for you to review.  Regardless of the reason, we are glad you have a genuine interest in protecting your employees and customers.   We encourage you to invite others to visit us so we all can serve all customers safely.
